Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Hunter Digital N.V., operator of Lucky Hunter Casino (“Lucky Hunter”, “we”, “us”), licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence #8048/JAZ2024-057. By registering an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1 You must be at least 19 years old (18+ where permitted by your province) to register.

2 You must be physically located where use of an internationally licensed online casino is permitted.

3 One account is permitted per player, household, IP address and payment method.

4 Employees of Hunter Digital N.V. and their immediate family members may not hold an account.

2. Account Rules

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify support immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. Accounts found to be duplicated, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms may be suspended or closed, with winnings forfeited.

4. Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus (100% up to CAD 1,500 + 150 Free Spins) carries a 35× wagering requirement on the bonus amount, a maximum bet of CAD 5 per spin/hand during wagering, and a 30-day expiry from the date credited. Full bonus terms are on our Bonus page.

5. KYC & AML

In line with anti-money-laundering best practice, we require identity verification (government ID, proof of address) before processing withdrawals. We may request additional documentation, including source-of-funds evidence, for larger withdrawals.

6. Prohibited Activities

1 Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

2 Using bots, scripts or automated play.

3 Chip dumping or collusion in multiplayer/live formats.

4 Using VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location.

5 Any fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks after play.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Hunter is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our Curaçao gaming licence. Unresolved player disputes may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Authority as an independent regulator.
